What is Executive Function?
Executive function is crucial for teens and young adults, especially those navigating ADHD, focusing on enhancing cognitive skills vital for planning, multitasking, and managing impulses. These executive function programs serve as the brain's "air traffic control," helping individuals organize tasks, adapt to changes, and control impulses effectively. For those with ADHD, these executive function programs are fundamental, improving academic performance, social interactions, and overall well-being. They also offer support to those with learning disabilities, autism, dyslexia, and DCD, focusing on organization, time management, and emotional regulation, setting a strong foundation for success.

Executive Function Skills Lab - AI Edition
The Executive Function Skills Lab – AI Edition is a 9-week program for teens ages 12–15, designed to build the real-world executive function skills that make school and daily life feel more manageable. Participants practice breaking down assignments, organizing their ideas, reducing overwhelm, and staying on track, learning strategies they can carry into the classroom and beyond. Through games and relatable, school-based scenarios, the program meets teens where they are and builds confidence alongside capability.
What sets this program apart is how it thoughtfully introduces AI as one tool among many. Rather than positioning technology as a shortcut, participants explore how AI can support their own independent thinking and effort, not replace it. The result is a balanced, skills-first approach that helps teens become more organized, self-directed learners while developing a healthy, intentional relationship with the tools they'll encounter throughout their education.
