Fall Neurodivergent Programs at West Coast Centre for Learning provide evidence-based, neuroaffirming support designed to help children and youth build social confidence, emotional regulation, and executive functioning skills . Our neurodiverse programs are offered online and in-person across Vancouver, Surrey, Victoria, and Online. Many programs are eligible for BC Autism Funding (AFU).

Secret Agent Society
Ages 8-12 | Online and In-Person
A research-based social skills program that helps children build skills for making and keeping friends, managing emotions, and navigating everyday social situations with confidence. Using a playful, game-based, spy-themed format, SAS teaches practical strategies through engaging activities while supporting children who experience social communication challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, or anxiety in peer settings.

THRIVE ADHD & Me
Ages 9-12 | In-Person
A movement-based ADHD program that helps children better understand how their brain works while building emotional regulation, focus, and confidence. Through a blend of physical activity, guided discussion, and skill practice, participants learn practical strategies in an engaging and supportive group environment.
THRIVE ADHD + Me is suitable for children diagnosed with ADHD and their siblings.

PEERS® for Preschoolers
For Parents of Children Ages 4-6 | Online
An evidence-based social skills program designed to support young children in developing foundational social communication skills, emotional understanding, and positive peer interactions through play-based learning and parent involvement.
Please note: Classes are conducted over Zoom and group instruction is provided in English. Regular attendance is imperative and social coach participation is required.

PEERS® for Teens
Ages 12-18 | Online and In-Person
A globally recognized, evidence-based social skills program that supports teens in building friendships, navigating peer relationships, and strengthening communication strategies through structured instruction and real-life practice, supported by their parent or caregiver.
PEERS is often used to support autistic teens, as well as those with ADHD or social anxiety - no diagnosis required.

PEERS® for Young Adults
Ages 18+ | Online and In-Person
Social skills training program with research-based instruction and real-world practice tailored to the needs of young adults. Builds skills for navigating friendships, social dynamics, and romantic relationships with confidence, with practice supported by a social coach such as a parent or caregiver.
PEERS is commonly used to support young adults with social communication challenges, including those related to autism, ADHD, or social anxiety. A formal diagnosis is not required.
Individualized 1-to-1 Support & Cognitive Training

Executive Function Coaching
Ages 10+ | Online and In-Person
One-to-one coaching that helps students ages 10+ build practical strategies for organization, time management, task initiation, and focus. Starting from each student's strengths and goals, coaches develop habits and systems that fit how they learn with support between sessions to keep momentum going.
Career Coaching: Birkman “Wired for Work”
Ages 17+ | Online
Choosing what comes after high school is a big step. Our Wired for Work coaching helps students 17+ and recent grads find clarity and direction, using the Birkman Method to uncover their strengths, interests, and the career paths that fit them best. Guided one-to-one by a Certified Birkman Coach.

Cognitive Training for Attention, Memory & Processing
Ages 4+ | Online
Brain-based learning programs strengthen underlying cognitive skills such as working memory, attention, processing speed, and auditory processing — addressing the root cause of challenges with learning, focus, attention, and executive functioning. These evidence-based programs are tailored to the learner’s individual profile and are often recommended alongside personal coaching or group programs when additional cognitive support may be helpful.
Programs include:
- Cogmed® (working memory and executive function training)
- Fast ForWord® (language and auditory processing)
- The Listening Program® (auditory processing and regulation)
- Clear Fluency™ (reading fluency support)
