PEERS for Teens/Young Adults Instructors (Contracted)


Locations: Victoria (Mondays 4:30 - 8:00pm starting September 2026)

We are seeking motivated PEERS for Teens/Young Adults Instructors to lead social skills training groups for neurodivergent teens. You will deliver the evidence-based PEERS (Program for the Education and Enrichment of Relational Skills) curriculum in-person or online, facilitating engaging lessons, group discussions, and ongoing support for participants. Collaboration with social coaches, families, and caregivers is key to ensuring sustained progress.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver PEERS curriculum lessons and facilitate group discussions
  • Support participant skill development and track progress
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and social coaches to reinforce learned skills
  • Foster an inclusive, supportive environment that empowers teens

Qualifications:

  • PEERS certification for Teens or Young Adults required
  • Experience teaching social and communication skills to teens and/or young adults
  • Knowledge of neurodivergent populations and family collaboration
  • Familiarity with evidence-based social-emotional learning strategies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counselling, Psychology, or related fields



Executive Function Skills Coach (Contracted)


Locations: Surrey & Online

We are seeking experienced Executive Function Coaches to design and implement personalized coaching plans that help clients strengthen executive functioning skills, including time management, organization, and emotional regulation.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct executive function assessments and develop customized coaching plans
  • Deliver lessons and track client progress
  • Prepare reports and communicate effectively with families
  • Provide consistent, supportive guidance for clients’ skill development

Qualifications:

  • Experience coaching, teaching, or mentoring in executive functioning strategies
  • Knowledge of neurodivergence, learning differences, and evidence-based approaches
  • Strong organizational, time management, and reporting skills
  • Familiarity with tools and technology that support skill-building
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, or related field preferred
  • Experience supporting neurodivergent clients is an asset



Secret Agent Society Instructor (Contracted)


Locations: Surrey & Vancouver

We are looking for a Secret Agent Society (SAS) Instructor to deliver our evidence-based social and emotional skills program for children. You will facilitate group sessions, guide children through the SAS curriculum, track progress, and provide feedback to families, all while maintaining accurate documentation and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Training in SAS will be provided for the right individual.

Qualifications:

  • Background in social-emotional learning, child development, or psychology
  • Experience facilitating group and individual programs
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage small groups effectively and work independently or as part of a team
  • Proficiency with digital tools for program delivery and administration
  • Relevant academic background (Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field); BCBA credentials are a plus
  • Experience supporting neurodivergent children or working in educational/therapeutic settings is an asset



Executive Function Skills Small Group Instructor (Contracted)


Locations: Surrey & Vancouver

We are seeking dynamic Small Group Instructors to deliver executive functioning skills programs to students in small group settings. You will implement lesson plans, adapt instruction to diverse learning needs, and help students develop practical skills for organization, time management, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach and facilitate executive functioning lessons in small groups
  • Adapt lesson plans to meet student needs
  • Create a supportive and engaging learning environment
  • Track student progress and adjust strategies as needed
  • Support skill development in organization, time management, and problem-solving

Qualifications:

  • Strong instructional, lesson planning, and group facilitation skills
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and emotional intelligence
  • Knowledge of executive functioning, ADHD, learning differences, or related areas
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to tailor teaching strategies to individual and group needs
  • Relevant academic background (Education, Psychology, or related field)
  • Experience working with neurodivergent students is an asset
