MANDT Training Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy
Payment Terms
West Coast Centre for Learning accepts Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal for all transactions. Payment for training events are due in full at the time of registration and can be paid through the online payment system on our website.
Training Event Cancellation & Refund Policy
West Coast Centre for Learning will issue a credit (or, if requested, a full refund) for cancellations received at least 15 business days before the start of the training event. Credits are valid for one year from the date issued. If training fees increase during that period, the trainee is responsible for the difference.
West Coast Centre for Learning does not issue refunds for no-shows or partially completed training events. In addition, each registration may only be canceled for a credit one time; if a registration that is booked using credit is canceled, no refund or credit will be given.
All cancellations must be received in writing.
West Coast Centre for Learning reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule training sessions and workshops (virtual and in-person) for a just cause (e.g. insufficient registration, facilitator illness, severe weather, or venue issues, etc). In the unlikely event that the training session or workshop needs to be cancelled, we offer transfers to another session/workshop, offer a credit or full refund. Costs incurred for non refundable travel arrangements or other related individual expenses will not be refunded.
Refunds are issued by West Coast Centre for Learning may take up to 30 days after the refund has been processed to be received. Refunds are issued directly to the original method of payment.
Refund for Training Sessions / Workshops Paid Via Group Pricing
Payment Terms:
At the time of booking, a 50% deposit will be paid to West Coast Centre for Learning. This deposit will be applied to the purchase of MANDT seats, administration costs and materials for the upcoming training course. The balance plus any costs associated with the training ie. hotel, transport will be invoiced and paid within 30 days of receiving the invoice. A three percent late fee with be charged to the outstanding balance.
Payment for group training can be paid by Cheque, Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal.
Group Pricing:
If the cancellation of group participants results in the group being reduced to less than 12 participants, the group pricing will be invalidated, and the fees will be adjusted based on the full training fees for the remaining participants.
Refunds & Credits:
West Coast Centre for Learning will issue a credit (or, if requested, a full refund) for cancellations received at least 30 days before the start of the training event. If any group of participants withdraw within the timelines indicated above, A credit or refund of the deposit will be issued. Credits are valid for one year from the date issued. If training fees increase during that period, the (insert name of group) is responsible for the difference.
Any costs incurred by WCCL for non refundable travel arrangements or other related training expenses will be charged to the (contracted group - insert name).
Substitutions or Transfers of Participants:
West Coast Centre for Learning allows organizations to make substitutions or transfer registrations to another event only if the event registration has been paid in full. Transfers and substitutions must be made 12 days before the start of the training event.
