Peers for Teens Online and In Person

PEERS for Teens is a 12-week evidence-based program designed to help middle and high school students develop and master social skills. Created by Dr. Elizabeth Laugeson at UCLA, the program has received international acclaim and is implemented in over 35 countries.

Teens participate in 90-minute sessions each week, where they learn and practice social skills through structured, interactive activities. Parents log in for the last 20 minutes of each session to review the week’s homework and learn practical strategies to support their teen’s social growth.
