Specific focus will be given to the top strengths of each team member as captured in their individualized StrengthsFinder (CliftonStrengths) report. These are your greatest strengths which you naturally and often unconsciously utilize at work everyday. As well, we will focus on what each of your team members bring to your team through the discovery of your unique top leadership domain. As teams, you will interact with your strengths in a team setting which is fun, engaging, memorable and useful in increasing your individual and team effectiveness.
