Each week, children step into a fun, spy-themed world where learning to understand emotions feels like a mission, not a lecture. Through hands-on activities and guided practice, they build a real toolkit, recognizing what they're feeling, calming big emotions, and working through everyday challenges. Every session connects directly to real life, so your child leaves not just understanding their emotions, but feeling more confident managing them day-to-day.

Operation Regulation is a focused 4-week small-group program that helps children build practical emotional regulation skills, as a subsection of the evidence-based Secret Agent Society framework.

When big emotions take over, everyday moments can feel overwhelming, for kids and for the whole family.

Why Emotional Regulation Matters

Image

Emotional regulation skills help children:

  • Better understand and communicate their feelings
  • Work through frustration, anxiety, and disappointment
  • Navigate everyday challenges more confidently
  • Build problem-solving and coping strategies
  • Feel more settled and capable at home, at school, and with others

When these skills grow, children often feel more confident, more supported, and better prepared for everyday situations.
