  • PEERS® for Preschoolers (Ages 4–6):

PEERS for Preschoolers is an evidence-based social skills program that helps children aged 4 to 6 learn how to make and keep friends. Parents participate in 16 weekly 90-minute Zoom sessions, where they are trained to coach their child on essential social skills through daily lessons, role-play videos, and puppet shows. Parents receive practical resources for homework assignments and personalized feedback to refine their social coaching techniques. This ensures children build lasting friendships with confidence.

  • Thrive ADHD + Me:

THRIVE ADHD + Me! is a fun, 9-week program designed for children with ADHD and their siblings. It combines physical fitness with practical lessons to boost focus and self-control. Each session helps kids understand how their brains work while building strategies to manage emotions, impulses, and attention. Structured routines and engaging activities ensure a dynamic and supportive environment. Fitness exercises activate the brain and reduce symptoms, creating a well-rounded approach for growth and success.

    PEERS® for Teens (Ages 13–17):

PEERS for Teens is an evidence-based program that helps adolescents aged 13 to 17 foster social-emotional growth. Teens learn essential skills like starting conversations, resolving disagreements, and joining social activities.
